What exactly is a facilitated conversation session?
A facilitation session brings a neutral, trained person into the room who helps structure the conversation. They do not take sides, make decisions, or give advice. Their role is to make sure everyone has a chance to speak and be heard in an orderly, respectful way. Sessions are informal and non-binding.
Are the workshops suitable for all family types?
Yes. Our communication workshops are designed for a wide range of family situations — parents and adult children, blended families, multi-generational households, and expatriate families navigating cross-cultural expectations. Sessions focus on general practical skills, not any specific family structure.
What does the Records Organisation package include?
You receive a set of fillable document templates and a recommended folder structure — both digital and physical versions. It covers common household records: contacts, schedules, shared agreements, and reference documents. We also include a short onboarding session to walk you through the system.
How long does a typical session or workshop run?
Communication workshops generally run two to three hours. Facilitation sessions are typically 90 minutes, though we can adjust depending on the number of participants and complexity of the topics. Records organisation onboarding takes around one hour.
