Our Company
Founded on the belief that families deserve a calmer way to communicate
Hearthline began in Bangkok as a small, thoughtful practice. We have grown steadily by staying focused on what matters: helpful, respectful support for families navigating everyday complexity.

How Hearthline came to be
Hearthline was established in Bangkok in 2017 by a small group of educators and communication practitioners who noticed a gap: families often needed a structured, neutral space to work through everyday matters, but the options available were either overly formal or tied to professional disciplines that did not quite fit the need.
The name comes from the idea of the hearth — a gathering point where people naturally sit together, speak honestly, and listen. We wanted to recreate that quality in a structured, accessible format.
Over the years, we have developed three core offerings that families return to again and again: communication workshops that build practical everyday skills, records organisation tools that reduce household friction, and facilitation sessions that give families a fair, calm way to hold important conversations.
Our Mission
What we are here to do
Our mission is straightforward: to give families in Thailand practical, accessible tools and spaces that make communication a little easier and household organisation a little more manageable.
We do not position ourselves as counsellors, legal advisors, or financial planners. Everything we offer is educational, informational, and organisational in nature. We believe that framing is important — people engage more openly when they know exactly what something is and what it is not.
Plain, accessible language in every interaction
No outcome promises or pressure tactics
Respect for each family's pace and preferences
Culturally considerate approach across Thai and expatriate communities

How We Work
Our standards and practices
Privacy & Discretion
All session content and personal information is held in strict confidence. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines and maintain a clear data retention policy.
Neutrality Commitment
Our facilitators do not take sides, advise on outcomes, or influence decisions. Every session is structured to give each participant equal space to speak and be heard.
Trained Practitioners
Team members hold certificates in facilitation, adult education, or information management from recognised Thai and international programmes.
Continuous Review
We review our workshop materials and templates each quarter to keep them relevant, clear, and aligned with current community needs across Bangkok.
Scope Clarity
We are always clear about what Hearthline is and is not. We do not stray into areas that require registered professional credentials, and we refer families onward when appropriate.
Feedback-Driven
After each session or workshop, we invite participants to share feedback anonymously. This directly shapes how we adapt and improve our offerings over time.
About Our Work
Family communication support in Bangkok
Bangkok is home to a wide variety of family structures — multi-generational Thai households, couples navigating shared responsibilities, blended families, and expatriate families managing cross-cultural dynamics. What many of these families share is a need for a structured, neutral way to handle the practical side of family life: organising shared information, establishing communication habits, and occasionally sitting down with a neutral person to work through a specific topic.
Hearthline's three offerings address each of these needs directly. The communication workshops provide a foundation of practical skills — how to raise a concern calmly, how to listen actively, how to structure a family check-in. These are not abstract concepts but repeatable everyday tools that families find useful well after the workshop ends.
The records organisation tools reduce one of the most common sources of household friction: not knowing where things are. When a family keeps its important contacts, shared schedules, and reference documents in one well-organised system, day-to-day coordination becomes noticeably easier. Our templates are practical, not over-engineered, and come with a brief setup session so families can start using them straight away.
The facilitation sessions are available to families who have a specific conversation they want to hold but find it difficult to do so without a neutral structure. A facilitator ensures that everyone has the chance to speak, that the conversation stays on topic, and that the session closes with a clear sense of what was said. Sessions are informal and non-binding — Hearthline does not provide legal, financial, or professional guidance of any kind.
